Native Thunder AAA Hockey Championships – Waiver
Waiver:In consideration of being allowed to participate in the Native Thunder AAA Hockey Championships and related events and activities, the undersigned acknowledges and agrees, on behalf of their attending team, that the Native Thunder AAA Hockey Championships and its organizers will not be held responsible for any accident, injury, or loss, however caused. The undersigned hereby releases and holds harmless the tournament organizers, their officers, directors, officials, referees, coaches, agents, employees, other participants, arena officials and owners, hotels and advertisers with respect to any and all injury, disability, or loss to person or property, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
Insurance Requirements:The team representative signing this waiver confirms that the team they represent carries valid liability insurance with a minimum coverage of $2,000,000, and that all team members (players, parents, coaches, manager, trainer, etc.) also carry paid-up medical and accident insurance.
Tournament Postponement Policy:The team representative also acknowledges that unforeseen circumstances such as COVID-19 or other events may arise. If the tournament must be postponed, entry fees are non-refundable, but a credit will be issued toward participation in the following year’s tournament.
